We are looking for an IT specialist specialising in system integration with some professional experience who can efficiently manage our server environments. Ideally, you will have experience in cloud solutions (Google Cloud, AWS, MS Azure), virtualisation, container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and automation tasks.
We are looking for motivated and customer-friendly support for our User Help Desk. Ideally, you have professional experience in technical customer support, whether in a call centre or similar environment. A sound knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office products as well as a basic understanding of Windows Server environments is a prerequisite. Practical experience in dealing with network drives, printers and video conferencing systems such as MS Teams, Zoom or Cisco WebEx is an advantage. Familiarity with a ticket system would be an additional plus for us.

You should have up-to-date expertise in Windows and/or Linux operating systems and experience in network infrastructures. Your skills in troubleshooting in the IT environment and your knowledge of collaboration and meeting solutions such as Office365, MS Teams, Skype4Business, Goto Meeting, Cisco WebEx and Zoom are of great importance. Initial experience with ticket systems such as OTRS or BMC Remedy is desirable. Very good German language skills (at least C1) are required for this position.
