We are looking for an IT Specialist in the field of System Integration with initial professional experience to efficiently manage our server environments. Ideally, you bring experience in cloud solutions (Google Cloud, AWS, MS Azure), virtualization, container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and automation tasks.
Your New Area of Responsibility
- Operation and maintenance of Linux/UNIX or Windows systems for stable and reliable IT operations
- Administration of complex IT infrastructures with a focus on efficiency, security, and scalability
- Troubleshooting and problem resolution within 2nd- and 3rd-level support for technical issues
- Automation of routine tasks using tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or PowerShell to increase efficiency
- Implementation and use of monitoring systems such as Nagios, Zabbix, or Prometheus for system surveillance
- Implementation of security measures such as firewalls, intrusion detection, or patch management to secure systems
- Planning and implementing reliable backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity
- Management and optimization of virtualized environments using technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM
- Administration of hybrid or cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
Technologies in Use
- Operating systems such as Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Ubuntu Server, Debian, Windows Server, and SUSE Linux are used
- Virtualization technologies such as VMware ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V, and KVM are employed for managing and optimizing virtualized environments
- Automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, and PowerShell scripts support the automation of routine tasks
- Monitoring and system checks are performed with Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus, Check_MK, and Grafana
- Security solutions such as iptables, Fail2Ban, Snort, Suricata, Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), and Firewalld ensure system security
- Backup and recovery solutions are implemented using tools such as Veeam Backup, Bacula, Commvault, NetBackup, and rsync
- Management of hybrid or cloud environments is handled with platforms such as Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and their associated management tools such as Azure Resource Manager and AWS CloudFormation
- Log analysis and troubleshooting are supported with tools such as Wireshark, tcpdump, and ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
- Network infrastructure is managed with technologies such as Cisco IOS, pfSense, OpenVPN, and HAProxy
- Patch management and security updates are carried out using solutions such as WSUS, Satellite, and yum/dnf
