We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented individual to strengthen our UHD team. You enjoy solving technical challenges and supporting users with IT-related questions — remotely and using digital tools. Ideally, you bring initial experience in user help desk environments and possess solid technical know-how.
Your New Area of Responsibility
- Supporting users with IT-related questions by phone, email, or using remote tools
- Analyzing technical incidents and resolving them efficiently
- Providing support for issues with Microsoft Windows, Office, and other end-user software solutions
- Ensuring that requests are handled quickly and effectively
Technologies in Use
- Operating systems and applications such as Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Linux, and Windows Server
- Video conferencing tools such as MS Teams, Zoom, and Cisco WebEx
- Supporting users in the use of peripheral devices such as network drives, printers, and other hardware components
- Ticketing systems such as Remedy, Jira, or similar tools for processing and tracking requests
What We Expect
- Data protection and data security are a fundamental requirement for you when building and operating IT environments
- IT is no one-man show — you can express yourself clearly and communicate effectively (without stepping on anyone’s toes)
- System updates happen daily — continuous learning is a matter of course for you
- Exciting projects are not always close by — travelling is not an issue for you
- Very good German language skills (minimum C1), English skills are an advantage
