We are looking for motivated and customer-friendly support for our User Help Desk. Ideally, you have professional experience in technical customer support, whether in a call centre or similar environment. A sound knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office products as well as a basic understanding of Windows Server environments is a prerequisite. Practical experience in dealing with network drives, printers and video conferencing systems such as MS Teams, Zoom or Cisco WebEx is an advantage. Familiarity with a ticket system would be an additional plus for us.

We are looking for a technically skilled specialist to support our Windows or Linux environments. You should have up-to-date expertise in Windows and/or Linux operating systems and experience in network infrastructures. Your skills in troubleshooting in the IT environment and your knowledge of collaboration and meeting solutions such as Office365, MS Teams, Skype4Business, Goto Meeting, Cisco WebEx and Zoom are of great importance. Initial experience with ticket systems such as OTRS or BMC Remedy is desirable. Very good German language skills (at least C1) are required for this position.

We are looking for a committed and service-orientated person for our User Help Desk. Ideally, you will have some experience in technical consulting in a call centre or similar position. You should have good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office as well as basic knowledge of Windows Server. Experience with network drives, printers and video conferencing solutions such as MS Teams, Zoom or Cisco WebEx is desirable. Knowledge of using a ticket system would be ideal. Very good German language skills (at least C1) are required for this position.
