We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented individual for our end-user support team who enjoys helping users with technical issues — both on-site and remotely. Ideally, you bring initial experience in user help desk environments and possess solid technical know-how.
Your New Area of Responsibility
- On-site and remote end-user support to assist users with IT-related questions by phone, email, and in person
- Problem analysis and resolution to identify technical incidents and resolve them efficiently
- Support for general issues with Microsoft Windows, Office, and other end-user software solutions
- Remote support to assist users quickly and effectively regardless of their location
Technologies in Use
- Operating systems and applications such as Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and Windows Server
- Video conferencing solutions such as MS Teams, Zoom, and Cisco WebEx
- Peripheral devices such as network drives, printers, and other hardware components
- Ticketing systems for processing and tracking user requests such as Remedy, Jira, or similar
What We Expect
- Data protection and data security are a fundamental requirement for you when building and operating IT environments
- IT is no one-man show — you can express yourself clearly and communicate effectively (without stepping on anyone’s toes)
- System updates happen daily — continuous learning is a matter of course for you
- Exciting projects are not always close by — travelling is not an issue for you
- Very good German language skills (minimum C1), English skills are an advantage
