Support User-Clients (m/f/d)
We are looking for a committed and service-orientated person for our User Help Desk. Ideally, you will have some experience in technical consulting in a call centre or similar position. You should have good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office as well as basic knowledge of Windows Server. Experience with network drives, printers and video conferencing solutions such as MS Teams, Zoom or Cisco WebEx is desirable. Knowledge of using a ticket system would be ideal. Very good German language skills (at least C1) are required for this position.
