Mitarbeiter im User Help Desk (m/f/d)

We are looking for motivated and customer-friendly support for our User Help Desk. Ideally, you have professional experience in technical customer support, whether in a call centre or similar environment. A sound knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office products as well as a basic understanding of Windows Server environments is a prerequisite. Practical experience in dealing with network drives, printers and video conferencing systems such as MS Teams, Zoom or Cisco WebEx is an advantage. Familiarity with a ticket system would be an additional plus for us.

These tasks await you with us

  • IT support by phone and email
  • Problem analysis and troubleshooting
  • Remote user support

What you bring with you

  • Ideally initial experience in the user help desk or in technical consulting in the call centre
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office
  • Initial experience in the area of Windows Server
  • Knowledge of network drives and printers
  • Ideally initial experience with a ticket system
  • Very good knowledge of German (at least C1)
