We are looking for reliable support in office management for administrative tasks such as office organization, travel expense reports, invoice verification and payment management. You have a commercial education, a structured way of working and very good knowledge of German and MS Office. These tasks await you with us
- General office organization
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Creation and maintenance of various information overviews
- Formal checking of employee travel expense reports
- Organization of business trips: Booking accommodation, train tickets, rental cars, etc.
- Preparatory activities for accounting: processing and allocating various receipts, checking that receipts are complete, keeping the cash book
- Formal checking of incoming invoices
- Incoming invoice payment management: obtaining approvals and coordinating timely payment
- Preparation of invoices
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualifications
- Very good communication skills and a strong team spirit
- Independent and structured way of working
- Very good knowledge of German (at least C1)
- Good MS Office skills are required
What you can expect from us
- An open-ended employment contract in a growing company
- Place of work Magdeburg
- 30 or 40 hours per week
- Planned start Juli 1, 2025
