What we expect
Professional requirements
- Several years of professional experience in a PMO environment, ideally in large IT or transformation programmes
- Sound experience in the establishment and further development of PMO structures, governance models, and reporting systems
- Very good knowledge of process analysis, modelling, and optimisation (e.g. BPMN, Visio, Confluence, Jira)
- Experience in managing projects and programmes according to classical and/or agile methodologies
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) as well as common PM tools
Required certifications (at least one of the following)
- ITIL 4 Foundation
- PRINCE2 Foundation / Practitioner
- PSM I (Professional Scrum Master I)
- IPMA Level C or higher
- Alternatively, comparable recognised project management certifications
Personal requirements
- Structured, analytical, and highly self-responsible working style
- High degree of organisational skills and quality awareness
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including at management level
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Willingness to travel regularly
