What we expect
Professional requirements
- Several years of professional experience in process management, risk management and/or quality management, ideally in the public sector
- Experience in the analysis, modelling, and optimisation of business processes (e.g. BPMN)
- Sound knowledge of risk management (identification, assessment, control, and monitoring of risks)
- Experience in quality management as well as in defining and monitoring quality standards and KPIs
- Experience in stakeholder management, particularly when working with public authorities and public clients
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint as well as common tools for process and quality management
- Knowledge of auditing processes as well as continuous improvement processes
Required certifications (at least one of the following)
- ISO 9001 (Quality Management)
- ISO 31000 (Risk Management)
- Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher)
- Lean Management Certification
- Alternatively, comparable recognised certifications in the area of process, risk, or quality management
Personal requirements:
- Structured, analytical, and proactive working style
- High degree of personal responsibility and organisational skills
- Confident presence and strong communication and presentation skills
- Business-fluent German and English language skills
- Willingness to travel regularly for business
