What we expect
Professional requirements
- Several years of professional experience in project management, ideally in IT or transformation projects
- Experience in planning, managing, and implementing projects
- Knowledge of classical and/or agile project management methodologies
- Very good knowledge of MS Office as well as common project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
- Basic experience in risk, quality, and stakeholder management
Required certifications (at least one of the following)
- ITIL 4 Foundation
- PRINCE2 Foundation
- PSM I (Professional Scrum Master I)
- IPMA certification (Level D or higher)
- Alternatively, comparable recognised project management certifications
Personal requirements
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Good communication skills and a confident manner
- Team player with commitment
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally
