What we expect
Professional requirements
- Several years of professional experience in a PMO environment or project controlling, ideally in large IT projects in the public sector
- Sound knowledge of project-related reporting and controlling (KPI analysis, forecasts, budget and resource management)
- Experience in analysing project-critical KPIs as well as deriving and tracking measures at programme or portfolio level
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint, ideally supplemented by Power BI or comparable reporting tools
- Experience in the further development of PMO structures, project standards, documentation structures, and governance processes
- Knowledge of risk, resource, and dependency management in complex IT landscapes
Required certifications (at least one of the following)
- ITIL 4 Foundation
- PRINCE2 Foundation / Practitioner
- PSM I (Professional Scrum Master I)
- IPMA certification (Level D or higher)
- Alternatively, comparable recognised project management or controlling certifications
Personal requirements
- Structured, analytical, and highly self-responsible working style
- High degree of organisational skills and quality awareness
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including at management level
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Willingness to travel regularly
