What we expect
Professional requirements
- Several years of professional experience in IT project management, ideally in the public sector or regulated environments
- Experience in planning, managing, and implementing IT projects (e.g. software rollouts, migrations, digitalisation initiatives)
- Sound knowledge of project controlling (budget, resource, and schedule management)
- Experience in stakeholder management, particularly when dealing with public authorities and public clients
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint as well as common project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
- Knowledge of risk and quality management
Required certifications (at least one of the following)
- ITIL 4 Foundation
- PRINCE2 Foundation
- PSM I (Professional Scrum Master I)
- IPMA certification (Level D or higher)
- Alternatively, comparable recognised project management certifications
Personal requirements
- Structured, analytical, and proactive working style
- High degree of personal responsibility and organisational skills
- Confident manner as well as strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Willingness to travel regularly
