What we expect
Professional requirements
- Several years of professional experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance, ideally in the public sector
- Experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring governance structures and compliance requirements
- Sound knowledge of risk and control management as well as the implementation of regulatory requirements
- Experience in stakeholder management, particularly when working with public authorities and public clients
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint as well as common tools in the area of governance, compliance, or reporting
- Knowledge of audit processes as well as quality and policy management
Required certifications (at least one of the following)
- ISO 27001 Foundation / Implementer / Auditor
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
- Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)
- Alternatively, comparable recognised certifications in the area of Governance, Risk & Compliance
Personal requirements
- Structured, analytical, and proactive working style
- High degree of personal responsibility and organisational skills
- Confident presence and strong communication and presentation skills
- Business-fluent German and English language skills
- Willingness to travel regularly for business
