What we expect
Professional requirements
- E-government, e-records, and digital administrative modernization
- Project and process management – knowledge of BPMN 2.0
- E-Government Act (EGovG)
- Online Access Act (OZG)
- Records classification plan and document management
- GDPR in the context of public authorities
- BSI IT-Grundschutz
- Experience with agile project methods is a plus
Personal requirements
- Excellent German language skills (C1 or higher)
- Strong communication skills when dealing with government agencies
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
- Willingness to travel within Germany
- Strong willingness to learn and ability to work well in a team
